With over 7+ years of experience in the football industry, Chris has developed valuable connections throughout all levels of professional football in North, Central, and South America. Chris's primary responsibilities revolve around player contract negotiations and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Alex, originally from Cali, Colombia, brings with him a wealth of experience as a professional player in the Colombian football landscape, spanning over a decade. His extensive knowledge and connections in the region enable him to identify promising young players and be an invaluable career development advisor for our younger clients.

With an impressive two decades of experience within football, Marcia has established herself as a highly knowledgeable professional in the field of mental performance, helping athletes optimize their mental capabilities to enhance their performance on the field. In addition to her work with Olympians, Marcia has provided valuable consulting services to various federations since 2004, including the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). This demonstrates her ability to work with high-level organizations and contribute to the development of elite athletes.
